Life Coaching Berlin - Psychologisches Lebenscoaching

Coaching is not therapy. This means that as a coach, I do not aim to cure mental disorders or process past experiences. Life coaching focuses on the present and the future. It’s about activating resources, strengthening your inner confidence, making decisions, and implementing changes in practice.

As your life-coach, I work with you to identify your individual goals and plan concrete steps based on those goals. The topics we address in life coaching can vary greatly:

  • career-related topics, work-life balance,
  • strengthening your self-confidence and personal agency,
  • improving your relationships and communication,
  • motivation, achieving goals, developing a life-vision,
  • stress management and resilience

As your life-coach, I will ask you targeted questions throughout the coaching process, open opportunities for reflection, and support you in developing new perspectives. We will explore your personal strengths and abilities and build upon them. I will not give you pre-packaged advice, but rather gently and systematically guide you towards developing your own unique solutions – based on your values and needs.

Life coaching can take place as a single session, or as a series of sessions over a longer period of time, in the form of conversations, exercises, or structured reflection methods – but always with plenty of time, calm, and a clear structure.

Important: Life coaching is not psychotherapy. It is a valuable support for psychologically stable individuals who want to actively work on themselves and their life goals. Since I am also trained in psychotherapy, I can offer you the option of transitioning from the coaching into psychotherapy with me, if needed, or recommend you a suitable therapy for your current situation. In psychotherapy, we will work together to help you regain your inner stability.

What are your personal topics?

Another focus of life coaching is strengthening your goal orientation. Many people feel they want “more” in life, but don’t know exactly what that “more” looks like. Life coaching helps you formulate your personal concerns, goals, and life visions and align them with your own values. This has an impact on many areas of your life—both professional and private.

Life coaching can help you develop structures that will enable you to prioritize tasks, integrate breaks, and establish sustainable work rhythms. This will improve your self-organization and time management, which in turn will positively impact your work-life balance.

Furthermore, life coaching helps you to explore, define, represent, maintain, and communicate your own boundaries without conflict.

The skills gained through the coaching process enable you to take responsibility for your own behavior and improve your inner independence. This also has a positive effect on relationships: those who are not guided by the expectations of others can create freer and more balanced relationships.

How long does Life-Coaching take?

A single life coaching session lasts 60 minutes. The number of individual sessions depends on your specific questions and goals. In some cases, a single session is sufficient; on average, 3-5 sessions are needed, but I can also support you over a longer period of time if required. Coaching can also be adapted and transformed into psychotherapy if needed.

What does life coaching in Berlin cost?

A single Life-Coaching session costs 90 Euro. Since this is not a medical treatment, the costs are not covered by health insurance.
