As an experienced coach and therapist, I offer consultation and support in Berlin as well as online. The essence of my work is to help you develop concrete, sustainable personal strategies for your everyday life so that you can gently implement the insights you gain in coaching and therapy towards the aimed for change. I support you in finding out how to use your individual potential to become the person you want to be. Throughout the consultation you yourself, your wishes, and your values are the focus. Your individual independence and agency are respectfully strengthened so that you can regain inner freedom, confidence, and self-determination.

Can I access the consultation only in Berlin?
My coaching and psychotherapy practice space is located in Berlin Mitte. Here, I offer you a safe, calm and quiet environment for working on your issues and keeping your individual process protected from the hectic of everyday life and consistent in its continuity. Consulting sessions can also take place online, and are available nationwide. If you would like to learn more about online sessions, feel free to contact me.
In which languages Coaching and Psychotherapy can be carried out?
My consulting and therapeutic services are meant for people from diverse cultural backgrounds living in Berlin and Germany. I come from an intercultural family with a complex migration background myself, and through my work and my life experience, I have developed a sensitivity for intercultural counseling. I offer life-coaching, parent-coaching, clean space coaching, and psychotherapy in German, English, Slovenian, and French language.
What is parent coaching?
When you become a parent for the first time, many questions and uncertainties arise concerning your child, your relationship, your career, and yourself as a person. And these questions and uncertainties resurface with each new stage of your child’s life. How can you best manage your daily routine? What impact will parenthood have on your career development—and on your partnership? How can you be a good mother, a good father, and a good partner all at the same time? How do you find the peace and space to focus on your own needs? How much attention does your child need? And how much attention do you need yourself?
In my Parent Coaching program, you are allowed to accept the fact that there are no perfect parents – but there are happy parents! Parent Coaching is designed to help you – and your children – reconnect with your own needs, boundaries, wishes, and dreams, and develop strategies to approach yourself, your personal potential, and your own limits with confidence. I support your towards a feeling of agency, inner strength and joy as a parent. As an experienced coach, I accompany and guide you on this journey – individually, gently, and with a practical, systemic approach. Because happy parents make a happy childhood possible!
Which are the goals of Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a comprehensive coaching process that encompasses your personal, academic, and professional life. It aims to empower you to recognize your personal and professional potential and gain greater clarity, confidence, and freedom of action. Life coaching is designed for people in all walks of life – self-employed individuals or employees, managers and team leaders, people in relationships such as parents or couples, as well as those in specific life phases, such as students and retirees.
Many people undergo significant change and feel they have lost control of the process. They no longer feel in charge of their lives, and that they have lost sight of their destination. Or they may face the challenge of knowing quite well what they don’t want, but not knowing what they actually do want. This might lead to a feeling of going in circles or even having reached a standstill.
Life coaching encourages gentle, calm self-reflection and helps you rediscover yourself and your desires, become aware of your values, strengths, needs, and your own dreams. During coaching, mental blocks and hindering behavioral patterns can be identified and resolved— you are encouraged to work on yourself so that you may develop greater self-confidence, agency, and inner clarity.
Was is Clean Space Coaching?
Clean Space Coaching is a special, particularly gentle yet profound coaching method developed especially for people with an independent spirit. “Clean” in this context means free from external influences. This means that as your coach, I will guide you and ensure that the process stays in flow and remains protected and safe, but I will keep my own experiences, interpretations, and thoughts separate from the process: they will arise solely from your own experience. Together, we will embark on a safely protected journey into your inner space.
During Space Coaching, you move physically through the space, accompanied by your coach. You find places within the space that represent a specific perspective, emotion, or conviction, and you anchor them to the floor. In this way, well-protected from external influences, your own mindscape emerges within the coaching space: a landscape that represents your thought process. Each anchor is a specific location, representing a different aspect of your thinking. By moving freely between the different locations, new paths, perspectives, and patterns become visible, allowing you to expand your scope of action and inner freedom, both personally and professionally.
What makes the Clean Space Coaching Technique special is that, because of the freedom to move, the process becomes a holistic experience with an intuitive effect that transcends the verbal. It’s a method that allows you to connect with your inner voice and your inner wisdom. This is particularly effective when dealing with complex issues—inner uncertainty, decision-making, inner conflicts, or questions surrounding meaning and identity, or other personal topics which lie beyond language.
Since the prerequisite for a Clean Space Coaching session is a calm, quiet and protected space, Clean Space Coaching takes place only in my coaching and psychotherpay space in Berlin Mitte.
