OF COACHING?

To gain clarity about the values important to you, and a better knowledge of your resources and special skills – which empowers you in staying true to yourself when making decisions and facing challenges. I accompany you through the implementation of your solutions and reflect on the process with you.

HOW ABOUT THERAPY?

Some topics might bring up emotions which are difficult to cope with. Psychotherapy supports an individual through emotional crises back towards stability and agency.

FÜR PSYCHOTHERAPIE?

This is an official title which means that I have been trained, passed German state exams and was issued a permit by the Health Department to practice psychotherapeutic counseling.

ABOUT ME

Life had taken me for an exciting, sometimes bumpy ride through various countries, languages, and cultures before I found my home in Berlin in 2007. As a coach and therapeutic consultant, I continue to pursue my passion for understanding, supporting, and empowering individuals in their uniqueness.
